Jim refused to accept the bird back. He did agree to accept the bird back on consignment and told me he would give me half of the sale of the bird back. I have his signed receipt dated 1-20-2015 that says “1 quacker parrot on consignment, money will be split at sale”. Jim told me it would take up to six months for him to sale the bird.
When I began calling him in May he didn’t remember me and said I had never given him the bird. I found the receipt and then he admitted he owed me money. I talked to him at least 7 more times and he always promised to send me a check but never did.
All locations need to be shut down!!!! Do not cause any more suffering to these fur babies due to your terrible groomers!
He owes me $112.50.
I called Jim within three weeks of the purchase and begged him to take the bird back. It was dominating my daughter, biting her viciously, and screaming like a chimpanzee all day long unless it was sitting on her shoulder.

We purchased a quaker parrot for $225 a few days before Christmas December 2014 for our 13 year old daughter. We had never owned a bird and made it clear to the store manager Jim that our Daughter had anxiety issues and was very timid. She was there with us when we purchased the bird. Jim assured us this bird would be great for her.
